How to sign in & start your own profile

Instructions:

1) Click ‘Shipment Tracker’ or Open ‘RCPPRO Online’

2) Click 'sign in' (Only if you open RCPPRO Online)

3) Click 'create an account'

4) Fill in ALL fields (Mandatory Fields: Email Address & Customer Code)

5) Click 'save'

6) You will be emailed your temporary password

7) Click ‘Shipment Tracker’ or Open ‘RCPPRO Online’ – click ‘sign in’

8) Type in your email address and (temporary) password

   then press 'sign in'

9) Change your temporary (old) password to New password

   (please remember this password)                                   

Your sign in and profile procedures have been completed at this point

*If you should forget your password click 'forget password' type in your email

address click 'send' you will be emailed your password*

*Important: If you do not have a secure customer code set up or perhaps you

simply do not know your code please email: info@rcpcanada.com or contact your

sales representative for further details.
